We had a baseball tournament this past weekend and the location was amazing. 5 minutes from the ball park. The hotel itself... not the greatest, but not the worst. I truly believe that they are working on fixing the problems, and it may take time. The best parts of our stay 1) Steve!!!! He was very helpful leading up to our stay. He recommended the best pizza place. Armando's shredded pepperoni pizza. He was just wonderful to deal with. Thanks Steve! 2) Our room! The cleaning ladies were cheerful and friendly to deal with. Thank you! :-)
Location is great . Besides hotel is Tim Hortons and across couple place to eat . We had company cpr training and we were welcome. Nice lobby where you can sit beside fireplace
Very comfortable linens and towels. Rooms are a nice size. Some updates are needed to hide the age but looks like some are in process already. Convenient location close to highways and many shops / restaurants.
I stay here every time I visit Windsor. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff are very good and friendly. Great places to eat and drink very close by, Panache, On a roll and Loose Goose being my top picks, would highly recommend this hotel as an excellent choice.

It was my first visit to Windsor and I got a really good employee rate. The rooms and hallways cleanliness was not the best but for me it’s all about the people. Lisa welcomed me late in the night and it was great to know her while we had a quick chat, she had a constant smile and good energy that late in the night too. I met Steve at checkout, he was very sweet and kind. I will be travelling frequently and will love to stay here again. Kudos to the team!!!!
Thank you Pat for your kindness & generosity! We were upgraded to a corner room with a king bed & our spacious room also had a couch (with a pullout bed) & a little table & chairs. This was a perfect setup for our little family. Looking forward to enjoying the pool & having a comfortable, peaceful sleep tonight! Thanks again!
We were pleasantly surprised that the beds were so comfortable. My daughter and I stayed there a month or so ago and we decided to stay at the hotel on Huron.The price of the room was much better than a few of the others I checked.Most of them quoted $300. Plus! I am so looking forward to seeing all our family and friends. Thank you
